GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• Ensure smooth operations by synchronizing between customers, vendors & internal team.
• To attain customer delight by meeting on time place, delivery & TAT
• Sending daily report and analysis of delays
• Collaborating with branch office across India & maintaining master records.
• Trouble shooting and resolving customer Complaints within 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
• Exception management
SKILLS REQUIRED
